Just a few weeks ago, I was wondering if something like this existed. (Back when I thought I was in dire need of a new front door.) Because I was quite unhappy with the selection at the big box stores. They seem to offer two categories of doors: cheap, cookie-cutter solutions that you see on every other house in the neighborhood, and amazingly expensive, unattractive wood Granny-esque doors.

And expensive. But rightly so. Custom labor, built to specifications and period detail? Absolutely worth the money. Someday, someday.
